WHAT IS THIS EVENT?

A real building. A real community.

The Oktogon Bodnegg Open House is a hybrid event built around a real project: the transformation of a vacant building into a climate-conscious community housing model.

As a Satellite Event of the New European Bauhaus, it brings together architecture, community, and investment to explore how sustainable, inclusive, and high-quality living spaces can be created - starting from people and their needs.

At its core, the event reflects a simple idea:

First life, then spaces, then buildings.
