Solution Model Framework
The platform and methodology for collaboration and continuing education in sustainable project development and implementation - particularly in residential construction.
The Solution Model is the core methodology and collaborative framework that compliments the built approach. It provides a common basis and perspective for all stakeholders along the entire construction value chain. The goal is to use efficient professional procedures to achieve the project goals and the sustainable impact of the projects in a collaborative (participatory) understanding.
We qualify project consultants through interactive training courses so that they can successfully and sustainably implement the built approach in projects. This offering is supplemented by working materials, templates and digital solutions. We also coach project groups and provide moderation and technical explanations if required.
The Solution Model is suitable for all individuals, groups, and organizations (e.g., builders, planners, municipalities, and financiers) who initiate, develop, and implement residential construction projects.

Meet the Team Behind Built
Our core team works to make sustainable living spaces a reality. Diverse in their experience and skills we have a great group of people supporting this approach.
Roland Ehry
Roland is convinced that the construction revolution will significantly improve our lives and is possible. There are already many players and isolated solutions. We bring them together and create innovative solutions through participation, appreciation, and expertise. Roland is a cooperative board member, lives in a community project himself, and is a committed project designer and networker.
Martina Lehn
Martina is an architect with her own office in Ravensburg. She is convinced that sustainable construction is promoted and made possible by excellent design. She has experience in designing collaborative cooperative projects.
Benjamin Schmid
Benjamin is the managing director of his own family-owned construction company. He wants to invest his energy in the construction revolution and show that holistically sustainable buildings can be constructed, operated with a high level of comfort, and at the same time require little technical complexity.
Jessica Weber
Jessica is an organizational developer specializing in sociocracy. She lives with her family in a communal cooperative project and also deals with self-organized and low-hierarchy work environments in a professional context. She supports construction and initiative groups in their group processes.
Brigitte Ehry
Brigitte is a trained housing project consultant and board member of a building cooperative. Brigitte implements the strategy and is responsible for the lean digital administration of the organization. She actively shapes the various levels of financial, community, and architectural processes.
David Schreiber
David is a project manager and has been involved in the development of construction projects for many years. He is the founder and director of the Future Initiative in Bodman-Ludwigshafen. He is interested in how we can make our lives more sustainable. He supports us on a voluntary/pro bono basis in the further development of the Built Standard.
Rüdiger Röhrig
Rüdiger stands for the conviction that sustainable action in our society is possible like few others. Based on his many years of experience, he accompanies organizations on their path to sustainable business practices.
Yuga Naik
Yuga leads marketing and product development at Built. With systemic thinking and a passion for social and environmental sustainability, she translates complex content into clear, relevant messages, shaping how Built's vision is communicated and experienced.
